I’m an investor. It is getting pretty tough to find cash flowing properties around charlotte. Gastonia, Monroe and Salisbury/Kannapolis area are the best bets.

Hi, I’m a realtor and investor. The multiplexes are being sold based of the cap rates. There are only few areas where the numbers seem to make sense now. Gastonia and kanapolis nearby areas to name a few.

Financing - 15 year amortization with 5 year call at interest rate of 5% Duplex is built in 1978 and in working class neighborhood in Gastonia.
