Deal Analysis in Gastonia, NC
Purchase price - 85k
Property tax- 1000
Insurance- 450
down payment- 20%
Rent on each side - $600. Total $1200 per month.
Financing - 15 year amortization with 5 year call at interest rate of 5%
Duplex is built in 1978 and in working class neighborhood in Gastonia.
This is my second deal, please share your thoughts on if it's even a decent deal.
