@Brenna Wood make sure you have a *VERY* clear understanding of what your commute is going to look and feel like at the times of day you will be making it.
@Mark H. You may be right, as a pharmacist by trade, I’m used to health insurance lying to me on a daily basis. Thus my bias
@Lois S. It’s so dirty that the insurance denied that claim, probably banking on a grieving widow not having the stomach to contest it.
@Christopher Freeman WiFi extenders are akin to fools gold imho for big data users. every time you use one consider your bandwidth halved. These things use half the bandwidth to talk to the device, and half to talk to the router. Wifi Mesh systems with dedicated backhaul channels are more expensive because they have hardware dedicated to talk to router and to talk to the device. Now I’m not saying this to recommend you get one. (because i dont think you should) I’m saying this to recommend you *don’t* double down on more extenders which could likely exacerbate what i *believe* to be a bandwidth (as opposed to signal) problem.
@Skye Anderson during the depths of the Great Recession scrap thieves were doing this all the time in all kinds of neighborhoods. In 2018 it’s probably a better indicator of a bad neighborhood or something situationally malicious IMHO

@Joe Splitrock the prices that their contractors quote them are so shockingly low, I just pray that nobody goes in on a flip without checking real quotes first thinking they will pay that for work before buying something.
@Rivy S. Hey I’m still in learning mode here. So pardon, if I‘m missing something obvious. You said you dont want cash to incur a penalty, but if you do this seller finance thing with a loan outstanding, aren’t you also at risk for due on sale clause?
