@Jeff Schneider I completely agree that an flipper tax is terrrrrible idea that would artificially shackle people to their homes and prevent blight from being excised.

I am however actually fascinated by the thought experiment of an empty home tax. Im still running this through my brain. Not saying im for it, just pondering

Ok I’m not in the business yet, so take my opinion with an appropriate dose of salt. HOWEVER, when I see a report on a note and the listed “BPO” value somehow seems to match the property’s “ZEstimate” I wouldn’t call anyone “anal” for thinking that’s deceiving.

My wife works a crazy volume and combination of hours not conducive to being there in person or classes on a regular day, but wants to be able to watch lectures because that’s her favored way to learn

@Jeffrey Ward so I’m still in “learning strategies mode” so please correct me if I’m wrong. -How is this deal worth pursuing without that option credited to you?(unless it’s sitting in an escrow account which I doubt) -And if this guy neglected to mention the option up front, how comfortable are you with the due diligence you’ve run on the home and the tenant buyer?
