Some great ideas to check out - thanks BP

Maybe a better word be inexpensive. Either way, the quality of stock cabinets have come a long way over the last few years.

Stay away from partical board, definitely go with plywood cabinets, more than that I can`t comment since I don`t know what others are doing in the area.

@Sheila Gonzalez I am not a landlord, rather a cabinet wholesaler to landlords in the NYC/NJ area, the nightmares that I hear from the NYC landlords are much worse.

From what I hear as a landlord, you will have an easier time in NJ.

Commuting from Brooklyn to Baltimore to check progress might be a bit much.

So then Newark would be a better option.

We already have the capabilities to show investors what the kitchen will look like with the Oculus, although I have to admit, we haven`t had the opportunity to use it much.

I’m surprised there isn’t more talk about this. I was actually wondering, for those working in bigger projects even more so, how are they working their budgets?

As a kitchen dealer that will be affected, I know I’m trying to find different angels and niches to keep me afloat just like we did in 07.

@Tyler Frost there are plenty of imported lines where everything is stocked here, and you shouldn’t have to wait 2-3 weeks for additional parts, if you are in middle of a job (at least my customers don’t wait that long), most of the add ins can be shipped via UPS, and released from the factory within a day or two.
