I also attended the expo this past weekend, and also convinced my parents to come along with me. The speakers were great as well as the breakout sessions. I walked away very satisfied, it was great to surround myself with other investors, made a few contacts, and my parents even walked away wanting to buy a few rental properties lol.

Hello All - I'm new to Real Estate and looking to invest in my first property. I've attended a few local workshops in the last couple of weeks and read a couple of books about Real Estate to learn a few basics. Now I'm trying to learn about financing and locating/evaluating properties.
