Jeez, that's a tough one. Have you consulted legal counsel yet? I'd be curious if the septic planner could be negligent with their advice, especially if your purchase hinged on their plan.

Sorry I don't have anything better for you. There are many RE Attorneys on the forum, create a post looking for legal advice and perhaps someone gas a keyword alert that can help you out.

There's a wealth of free info on the site you should really take advantage of and definitely go to a BP Meetup if they have one in your area. The meetups are incredible!

Thank you everyone for showing up tonight! My Wife and I really enjoyed meeting so many positive, knowledgeable and friendly people. We had to leave early for child care, but I honestly could have sat there for hours!

Excellent way to look outside the box Jeff! I'm a Lieutenant firefighter from Washington state and just like MI, the training burns are few and far between. Having more investors with your mindset benefit everyone in the community! 

As long as you, the property owner, are patient, it saves a tremendous amount of money in disposal fees.

Hi David, good to see someone from Monroe on here! I used to live off Chain Lake Rd and miss the area. 

This is a great resource, lots of good people on here! If you're commuting, listen to the podcasts and get that automobile university degree! Truly invaluable .
