We have a variety of long and short term rentals in and near Seattle, WA.  We have hit a few snags with one of our newest projects thanks to the Kitsap Dept of Health and we are looking for some creative solutions and ran across Bigger Pockets.  Hopefully we will have something new to add to the discussion.
