Hey all,

Does anyone have a South Carolina purchase agreement you've used in owner financed deals that you'd be willing to share?

Thanks,

Mike

Hello all,

I will be venturing into the would of purchasing via owner financing and was looking for recommendations on clearing account services. I am familiar with Westloan, but I am looking to research others as well.

Thanks,

Mike

Hey @Andrew Merritt, I have never been down there personally but I just took a professional development course that talked a lot about this. Please reach out it you have any specific questions and I'll try my best to answer!

Hey @William S. I'll chime in from the Charleston side. I certainly don't know too much about the Greenville or Anderson markets, but I'd venture to guess that we're a little more pricey here in Charleston. This is a pretty hot sellers market right now. The North Charleston area offers a great proximity to booming industries (Bosch, Boeing, Volvo). House hacking can work here. Let me know if you have specific questions about the area.

@Demario Scott Yes, I actually live very close to the base and am definitely familiar with the area. It's a good area to be in with all of the industry near by.

Welcome aboard @Demario Scott. House hacking is a great way to get into real estate. Good luck and feel free to reach out if you'd like to chat about it.

@Michael S. That did it. Thanks a lot!

@Joshua Dorkin I am having the same problem. I have disconnected the app through Facebook, but it still shows here on my profile. How do I get rid of it?

@Andrew Merritt This is a tough one. I've been spinning my wheels, along with my lender, to figure out a solution to a problem similar to yours. The road block always seems to come back to using borrowed funds and having to season those funds, just like your situation. Good luck finding a solution to this! Hopefully someone can chime in to offer some insight.
