But as you said I don't want to be carrying 3 buildings if it slows a bit, and winter is just weeks away.

 Chris;

We are think off doing 22 duplex and tri plex here in IL, was wondering how demand is going for you.

Mike

He who helps plan the battle, doesn’t battle the plan. If I remember correctly, this is from Think and Grow Rich or How to win friends and Influence people, either way the quote has severed me well.

It means when putting a plan together talk to all involved in the construction process, and I mean all, ask them what they think is the best way, most efficient, what needs to be completed before they arrive and then what is there time frame for completion.

If each trade designs there task to be efficient, then by default the whole project becomes efficient.

This will give the trades or whomever you’re speaking with the opportunity to help build the schedule/plan, It was there idea / plan / schedule so there pride and professionalism is on the line, also when there is a disagreement you have a little more muscle on your side.

The above image is the 22 units, If I need to we can run a road through the middles.

We think a large court yard would be an attraction.
