We as men and women learn from one another. Any one book directed just to women or to men should be viewed by both. We can learn from each other by gaining insight on how each one views things when trying to attain the same goals in our profession.

I bought this book a while back. I thought it was excellent and learned a lot.

I feel female real estate agents connect with female buyers, do to the fact they have much of the input when it comes to buying a home.

What do you other ladies out there think about this? Also how do you as men feel about this?

Did you guys know that more than one in five home buyers is a single woman? WOWOWOW :D

So many women can raise their family in an atmosphere they always wanted for them and their children.

I salute all women out there who are determined to have the best for them and what America has to offer.

Seller-carryback financing can make the difference between a "sold" or an "expired" listing. This is particularly so in certain economic cycles, like the one we are entering NOW! A majority of listings expire, UNSOLD, especially single family residential (SFR) properties.

You can't lose even in bad times. To me this is good news!! I really enjoy this guys articles, do to the fact I can help a lot of individuals get out of ruts.

The potential benefits to Professionals are numerous. You can provide a service to help your clients resolve problems and meet their needs. You can become more of a resource than you already are.

I guess I am what you call an outside of the box THINKER! (SMILE)

I really enjoy networking with you all. It's my pleasure.

I want to thank you all for the warm welcome I am receiving. I really appreciate it. My intentions was not to hurt anyone. My boo boo for not reading instructions.

I hope I can contribute something of interest to all of you here at this forum.

Thank you
Susan

To develop a successful real estate investing career, your job is to find deals and put them together. Your job is not to become an appraiser, or a closing attorney, or a management expert, or a repair person. Use professionals!

How do Realtors, appraisers, and banks determine what a property is worth? They look at comparable sales, usually three to five sales of similar property close by. Realize that the properties have to be similar for a true comparison.

Get a list of comparable sales and see the sales price of every property bought or sold (and when it sold) for the street you want information about. Ask active professionals what the market is like. Whenever possible, get information in writing via fax, email, or letter. Put comparable sales lists and information in a folder for future reference.
