Seller-carryback financing can make the difference between a "sold" or an "expired" listing. This is particularly so in certain economic cycles, like the one we are entering NOW! A majority of listings expire, UNSOLD, especially single family residential (SFR) properties.

You can't lose even in bad times. To me this is good news!! I really enjoy this guys articles, do to the fact I can help a lot of individuals get out of ruts.

The potential benefits to Professionals are numerous. You can provide a service to help your clients resolve problems and meet their needs. You can become more of a resource than you already are.

I guess I am what you call an outside of the box THINKER! (SMILE)

I really enjoy networking with you all. It's my pleasure.
