Partner with the best in your area by finding great deals and splitting with them. They put up the money, you do the leg work, volunteer for everything...even to pick up their dry cleaning. You can't fly like an Eagle if your pecking with the chickens! On the job traing. Take an inexpensive course on finding deals...People who can find deals shouldn't have much problem finding mentors of the highest caliber.

Have you studied Lonnie Scruggs? "Deals On Wheels?"
I once bought 140 mobile homes in parks I did not own.

How about "Tin Can ALley?"

Yes. You have an interest in the property. I cover myself by putting into any sale contract; "This contract is contengent upon the Seller (me) being able to provide good title."

Pretty much says, I can't sell this if I don't end up owning it.

Buy books on tape...listen to anything and everything...you'll have time to become an expert...study a broad range of money making ideas at first and hone in on the one that makes you excited. Then take that ONE way and become a world's authority on the subject. When you get home you won't have any down time and you'll know what you are doing.

Multi-Tak. Use the time in your car to gain knowledge.

Texas Cadillac

2001 F350 Ford, 7.3 ltr, Deisel, truck, 4 door, longbed, 4x4 with 417,000 miles on it. I bought in 2002 with 10,000 miles on it for $30,000. President Bush offered a tax benefit for commercial equipement (vehicles that weighed over 6,000 lbs). I got to deduct the entire $30k that year...aving me over $7,000 in taxes. I sold my old vehicle for $5,000.... that was a $13,000 benefit to buying this slightly used truck...which ended up really costing me $18,000 when everything was figured in. I new I was going to drive my vehicle for a long time so I needed a truck that would last a long time. I put almost exactly 55,000 miles on my truck every years. I've replaced the Transmission once. I find the money is made in the field, not behind a desk. I live 30 miles from town.
