@Andrew Cummings

I would figure which strategy of Real Estate you want to use.

Once you have the strategy, find a mentor (Local or Online) and or You Tube University. Learn from them and ask questions.

@Gregory Koszkul An Umbrella policy won’t hurt.

I have one and see it as just more coverage ‘just in case’ something happens. My tax advisor also suggests we can write off that expense since it’s Real Estate related to our Business.

Just my opinion by the way.

@Drew Slew What are if any:

- The monthly HOA fees?

- Property management fees?

- Are you buying cash or owner financing?

Depending how you answer the above would speak if it’s a good or great deal.

@Josh Anderson Hey Josh. I’m definitely following you. I’m switching investing class and storage facilities so I have begun learning the ropes.

Any advice on how you analyze the building?

@Sara Finley I’ve been using Cash App for quite some time now. But I must say I’ve never had any issues.

Well except one but it was the tenants problem. All in all, it has been pretty reliable and easy.
