Youve got flip homes and deliver pizza next to each other in a sentence, like, they are basically the same thing, lol.  Has anyone ever gotten ahead in life delivering pizzas on the side?   Maybe saved up enough over the course of a year to take a vacation, but cmon, save that garbage for the financially illiterate.

The problem is with your gc

All answers appreciated.  Didnt mean to post in multi family, but im open to anything.  I like bp for its various topics, sometimes im really into the podcasts, other times not so much, but a lot of free education out there either way.

The experienced posters on this thread arent assuming you are you are ignorant to the wholesaling process, they know you are.  Yet you have chosen to respond with how much you know.  On the other handa whole lot of other people have encouraged you without giving you any real advice, and you choose to thank them for their praise. At this point, anyone with knowledge and experience who might have helped you, has read this thread and laugh to themselves at your complete ignorance of what you're doing. So enjoy your experience here.

Everyone is crushing this lady, and she is being incredibly polite and humble in return; It shows a lot of class.  She asked a question, and while we don't agree with the premise, we don't have to all pile on with the same answer and treat her like garbage.  While it is frustrating when others don't think the same way we do, or understand the business side of this for us as landlords, we should at least recognize that she has done nothing but agree with everyone's statements that she owes and needs to pay, no need to beat a dead horse. Have a little empathy, we all want to be treated with respect, we should do the same.

can't like Nicky Reader's post enough.
