Thanks for the info. Havent had any luck with them, i won an auction or two, but never hit the reserve.  Always enjoy reading what you have to say,  and only about 60% of it is out of my depth.

the op on this thread is an obvious troll.  I have seen a few of these lately.  They seem to take extreme positions im hopes of, i dont know, getting material on the interweb in hopes that it goes viral showing how callous landlords are? I guess...
