The Inwood branch at North Dallas says they do not refi for BRRR method. They do conventional loans.

Are you all using a certain loan officer at these banks that we could get in touch with directly ?

Over the last few weeks we have been finding our own deals but want support in that area. We would love to set up meetings with some wholesalers, send me a DM if you're interested in teaming up in the Dallas Area!

@Jun Kim I mean there is more than one way to close a deal!

I mean, a seller in pre-foreclosure , vacant homes, off loads of rentals ? I think its a good brain storming session with your team to have

Going to be difficult to find a deal with numbers that work off the MLS. I don't buy in DFW, but I get emails from some wholesalers there. My impression is that even a lot of those deals wouldn't be profitable.

Totally agree , No deals on MLS What so ever! Plenty of buyers just not many sellers who agree to cut the price due to rehab costs. That's ok! That's when we get creative!

@Mark Oliver I am pretty new so this is a green question. Why not get a hard money lend to grab another property to rehab and then refi?

Hello Cornelius,

I understand that trying to wholesale here in this competitive market is very difficult. I have spoke to my partner about virtually wholesaling, but the VA's we have hired, are not doing what we've told them to do, neither following up, nor following the script we've given them.

Thank you very much for the suggestion and I do agree with you on people wanting top dollar for their home, here in LA. There will be one person here, that will definitely want to sell their home off market for whichever reason.

Hows it going now? any more luck after another month ?
