Hey guys, we're looking to refinance some houses and duplexes in the Dallas area and I wanted to see if anyone knew a good local bank they've had success with and could recommend. Thanks in advance!

@Miron Briley I'm a mortgage broker and the seasons you are referencing are certainly not normal, although I don't know your situation.  Most of the borrowers I'm helping out of hard money are doing it with a month or so of closing on a deal.  Usually when people reference "seasoning" they are talking about the 6 months after acquiring the property (lien) but the 2, 5, 10 year is not a normal practice.  I sent you a pm.
