@M Marie M. won't let me tag you, but what would you say about properties *on* Cross Street? Still ok? Could I get any med school renters there or hard to find?

Hi,

I'm new to the Baltimore market and trying to narrow down a specific area I want to work in. I've heard good things about both Remington and Pigtown and trying to figure out where to start. I am targeting rent-to-price ratios of around 18%-22% and hoping to buy from around $50,000 to $200,000. Want properties that need some rehab as well. What do you think of these two areas for my goals? Somewhere else you'd recommend?

Thanks so much!

Hi,

I'm new to the Baltimore market and looking to connect with more real estate agents in the area (particularly if you specialize in Pigtown). Would love to get some recommendations.

Thanks!

@Sean Monahan could you go into more detail about the incentives from local companies? Does UMMC offer any incentives in addition to Live Near Your Work? Are there other companies offering incentives to live in Pigtown?
