House Hack In Baltimore
Hi There,
I am looking to get my first property in 2019 in the form of a house hack. I have lived in Baltimore for two years. My intention is to house hack for a year, and then look into renting the property out and keeping as an investment property.
I want to stay within biking distance to work which is in Locust Point. I like the long term prospects combined with the future growth opportunity in the Mt. Vernon and Pig Town Areas. It seems like Pigtown make take a little longer to appreciate vs. Mt. Vernon.
Any opinions on where to look?
Thanks,
Kevin
