Okay, maybe I will have to take a look at it. Why are there so many out there that feel like they got scammed? Maybe I live in the wrong area for it. So Cal. the last auction I went the starting big was 1.1 mil. the house was work about 2 mil. of course noboby bid. Where I live you have to have the full amount in a cashiers check at the auction.

Can you buy a property from a lender before a trustee's sale. Is that possible, has anyone done that?

Why are people on this site pushing Carlton Sheets? Are they getting a commision? Check out this site before you invest in Carlton Sheets.

Can anyone tell me how to buy from lender right after trustee sale? Who should you direct your call too. There is a number on the trustee sale of the reconveyance company. Buy how to you get ahold of the lender that now owns the home? Why is this information so hard to find. It seems like there are people out there who do this, but the information is so tight lipped.

Does anyone know if you can get a bank to finance for a trustee sale? Let's say a home is going up for Trustee sale the bid is 800k but it is worth 1.3mil. will a bank finance it for you because it has equity? Does that work?

I've seen it suggested in this site to buy Carlton Sheets system. I've heard it's really not worth the money. It doesn't work for places like southern Calif. Where prices are so high. I've heard it is best for areas where housing markeit is really low. Anyone have any advice on this or experience?

Hi, I'm in Santa Barbara county. It is very difficult to get information here. The title companies are very loyal to real estate agents. And the only way to get info is to go to county hall of records...its doable but it is very tidious work. How it works where I live, you get a doc. number, you have no idea if it is a property you are even interested in, so you look it up, that's how you find the address. There has got to be a better way that is more efficient.

Homes are so expensive in so cal. I went to a sale yesterday. The home was worth about 2mil...the starting bid was for 1.1 mil. You have to have a cashiers check for the full amount in Cal. Nobody bid. How, or where do you get the money to bid on something like that? Do you get inverstors. Will banks loan you the money if you have enough equity in your home?

How do you get started?
