southern California trustee's sales.
Homes are so expensive in so cal. I went to a sale yesterday. The home was worth about 2mil...the starting bid was for 1.1 mil. You have to have a cashiers check for the full amount in Cal. Nobody bid. How, or where do you get the money to bid on something like that? Do you get inverstors. Will banks loan you the money if you have enough equity in your home?
How do you get started?
