Hi everyone I have a family friend that is looking to lease a 1000 - 1500 sqft office space for their jewelry business Must be able to put in a safe. 3 year lease. They prefer to be in a certain community - San Jose, Fremont, Santa Clara, Sunnyvale, Cupertino. He is visiting Aug 13th to 16th and wants to see the properties. Will make a decision within that period. I'd love to be able to refer them to someone who knows these communities well and can advice them on the same.

Please contact me at 213-618-3455

PS - Not for Buying, only Leasing.

Thanks so much!

Craig Garrow thanks, yes that’s a great idea too. I like BNI because it was paid membership and has structure. All positions for residential real estate are taken. I’m guessing it works? But wasn’t sure. It’s a $1500 commitment per year in my area.

Hi everyone I came across the BNI network. Has anyone (who is a real estate agent) been part of it now or before? If so, what is /was your experience like? Feel free to DM me as well. Thanks so much! Best Mira

Hi Steve Christmas congratulations on your license! I'm an agent who is looking to invest as well. - I started off going into every real estate office within a 3 mile radius from where I live. - I networked with other agents who were kind to share their experiences - Most offices will have a mentor or office manager/team lead (atleast here in LA) who will guide you through your first 3 transactions or until it hits the cap. I spoke to them directly. - I chose the one I had the best vibe with because when you start it's all about learning and it helps to have that connect with your mentor. - I found my investor clients on construction sites, door knocking, freeway signs that said "Real estate investor seeks trainee - earn 20K a month" :) - You will learn more from finding properties for investors because you want to be them in the future and you might partner up with one of them when you are ready! Hope this helps! Good luck!
