In need of a partner
Hello,
I am looking for a partner who can finance most of the fix and flip projects or at least the down payment. I have limited funds to bring to the table but I can commit to dedicating my time to over see the projects and doing the work. Looking to focus on the Santa Paula/Fillmore, CA area since I have lived in both and know which areas to stay away from/look into there. If anyone would be willing to partner with me on a project please let me know.
