Welcome to BiggerPockets Joe! Cincinnati is one of my favorite cities to live in Ohio. The city itself is established, older neighborhoods, better city amenities (museums, arts/music etc), more pro sports, more hills, bigger river, has a streetcar, arguably better nightlife overall. It’s more of a charming city with more neighborhoods that have their own character. Best of luck on your real estate journey. Don't hesitate to ask if you need anything!

Welcome to the community Kerron! I recommend you start with a turnkey rental just to get your feet wet in the market and the team you work with. I noticed you're interested in Cleveland market, I personally love the market because of its cash flow. You can buy duplexes from $100-$200k range with COC ranging from 10-18%. Best of luck and don't hesitate to ask if you need anything!

Congrats on your investment journey so far Yaritza! Moving into multi-family homes is a solid next step. Usually, for 2-4 unit properties, you're looking at a 25-30% down payment. The great thing is, if one unit is vacant, you’ve still got others to help cover the mortgage. Hope this helps!

Hi Sharad, you can find cash flow properties in Dayton with COC ranging from 10-18%. Columbus is around 8-12% with strong growth. If your main focus is cash flow, Cleveland is worth checking as well and look for areas in the west side. Hope this helps and best of luck on your journey!

Welcome to BiggerPockets Khalaf! For starters, I recommend to begin with a single family home or if you are looking to start locally, do house hacking. That is what I did when I started investing in 2020. Here is an article with more information on what a house hack is -

Hope this help! Best of luck on your investing journey
