Kobe fans will like this! :D

A mobile site for people who constantly on the run. Even an iphone app would be nice. Since you would be able to charge for the app. Also, you can make it so that one would have to be a pro member for it to work.

I personally wouldnt use laminate in a rental but if i did i would definitly go with the 12mm and a light color because scratches on dark colors show more. I installed a dark laminate at my bro in laws and one section got scratched from something getting caught between the door and the floor as he opened the door and you can see the scratch clearly!

no prob!

yeah definitly get the lenders info and that form filled out in one shot. depending on the lender some will take an autorization to release info with you and the borower right over the phone and make you the agent/contact for the borrower.

That way saves times because faxing the form can take up to 24-72 hours before its put into their system.

First thing first get an authorization to release information form filled out and submitted asap. once you get to speak with a loss mitigator you can get all your answers and im sure theyll be willing to work with you.

Do you know why the realtor gave up the first time around?

Yes, I do Keystone Property Maintenance and Management is one the best out here. Ask for Tony the owner.

Im not too worried about appreciation I know in due time everything will get back on the upswing wether its 2 years from now 25 years from now. Im more interested in holding for a long time for the extra income and they are on section 8 (clockwork) and actually the one im getting $900 for I could've been getting $1,000 because its a 5 bedroom. (and they arent in the "hood")

very true indeed Charles,

I know its not the only way to make money. Its just the fact this is where the real money is at, and this is the industry that has made the most millionaires out of any industry bar none. (what got me into this game to begin with)

I mean one year alone I made 5xs my salary in just two deals. But, lately the spark hasnt been there. actually been looking at starting a business online.

thats why i was checking to see what everyone else is into.
