Just picked up first rent check
Picked up the first rent check today. What a great feeling!!!
Bought this SFH in Feb for 65k, put 11k into it. Realtor valued it at 112k after the rehab was complete. Monthly expenses are going to run just shy of 500. Renting it out for 1025/mo.
If they can all go as smoothly as this one has, I'll be amazed.

Or even better...get the money deposited electronically. The only thing better than waddling down to pick up the rent checks is to see the money appear magically in the account each month ;-)
