Hello guys, thanks for all the advice you've shared on this thread.  Myself and I'm sure many others are truly appreciative.

I have listened to lots of podcasts and read blogs from LG and LA. I have been considering purchasing one of these courses in the near future. I'm more of a buy low and then carry the note to an end buyer type of investor. I hear LG is best for that strategy. However I do need more help with finding these off market deals and the marketing campaigns for both buying & selling them.

I am a Realtor and I own my brokerage here in Houston, Texas. So, if I buy here, I'm hoping being licensed would be more beneficial for utilizing the MLS in selling the land to an end buyer and keeping commission cost to a minimum.

I'm all about finding the right education and mentor. So, if anyone have any other information and/or suggestions of books, vloggs, blogs, podcasts, or individuals in general concerning land investing... I'd love to hear it.

Hello Ethan G,

Thanks for responding to Mr. Johnson's question. I have the exact same question.  What is your criteria?

 Hello Mr. Hines,

I would love for you to elaborate about the additional legal and financial risk I should be preparing for? Looking into getting a different broker who has more knowledge of property management to sponsor me is a good idea. I am very interested in obtaining my broker's license. That is very much on my agenda in the near future. Thank you  very much for sharing.

Hello all, I'm a Realtor here in Houston, Texas. I am also the sole owner of a full service brokerage. Of course, I do have a broker working alone side of me. I've been managing my own and a few other investor's residential properties for a few years now. I even started in the apartment management industry backnowledge in 2006 up until I became a Realtor in 2013. I would like to expand my company into a full-time residential property management company. There are many other companies in my area who I'd have to compete with, so having the best foundational knowledge before hand I believe is definitely the most important element to my success. My question is do anyone of you have any advice, know of any books/websites/bloggers, know of any mentors here in the Houston area, or just have any comments to offer to myself and others in my position?

Hello everyone I'm new to bigger pockets. I'm a realtor and I also own Able Angels of Real Estate, LLC here in Houston. My goal within the next 90 days is to turn my company into a full service property management company! I just need the proper advice/guidance to make my dream come true. I would wholeheartedly appreciate any advice/guidance for any of the pros and veterans out there! Thanks in advance.
