Hello all, I'm a Realtor here in Houston, Texas. I am also the sole owner of a full service brokerage. Of course, I do have a broker working alone side of me. I've been managing my own and a few other investor's residential properties for a few years now. I even started in the apartment management industry backnowledge in 2006 up until I became a Realtor in 2013. I would like to expand my company into a full-time residential property management company. There are many other companies in my area who I'd have to compete with, so having the best foundational knowledge before hand I believe is definitely the most important element to my success. My question is do anyone of you have any advice, know of any books/websites/bloggers, know of any mentors here in the Houston area, or just have any comments to offer to myself and others in my position?
