Has anyone here had great experience working w/ a local attorney on private lending or hard money lending deals?

Want to make sure I have a good contact on hand for future opportunities.

Thanks!

I started real estate investing in 2000, then became an attorney after the crash. I’ve drafted hundreds of private financing docs for table and title company closings.  There are only 4 title policy underwriters in Texas, and only 1 that will write on Sub-2 and wraps.  My docs have been approved by them.  I have worked with Quest and Patten Law’s office.
