I did not know anything about it and slowly but surely by attending the webinars reading the blog I have learned quite a bit my husband and I just started a company at first I have no clue what he was talking about but thanks to biggerpockets I have learn about the do's and don'ts in real estate investment and how to analyze a property and see if its worth getting or not. Network with a lot of people there is webinars podcast get a notebook ready and start writing down some notes, the blogs are awesome too. Good luck on your journey just only fear take you a step back.

My husband started in the back in the 90s way before we met and got back into it about a year ago , I am a newbie at investing previously an IT tech by trade so I am still learning . That's were we are at also we are tired of the rat race working hard and making other people prosperous. Welcome to BP, my husband and I almost went to the same workshop. As any wife will do I researched, was very skeptical about it but also as a good wife said my peace and waited and He made the decision not to go (lord knows how much I prayed) all I could say was ok hun if that's your decision we won't go lol Yay for your wife. We found BP and now we are both content he has experience in real estate investing and from me being here I've learned a lot about buy and hold buy and flip and analyzing a property and the best part is my husband and I can talk about it without me being confused haha Stay connected, meet people, attend the webinars.
