Hi my name is Regis. I live in Wesley Chapel, about 30 minutes north or Tampa. I am new to real estate investing. My goals are to build wealth through investing in real estate, improve my family's standard of living, and help others do the same. I learned about Bigger Pockets through my wife just recently. We were at a real estate workshop this past weekend (Nick Vertucci's Real Estate Adademy). After learning what the cost for the actual three day course we were immediately discouraged--as many others noticeably were as well.-- my wife started searching on Google and found this website. Hahaha. I am interested in all aspects of real estate investment, wholesale, flipping, buy and hold. My day job is building automation/ programming/ service. I am a licensed private pilot with instrument rating-- short story I aspired to one day become a professional airline pilot. Glad to have found this platform and looking forward to networking and learning and building wealth.
