UPDATE: A few have asked....It's just south of Big Mud Lake and just north of both Bass Lake and Eight Points Lake.

The seller has made some concession.  Price has been lowered significantly.  This deal has lots of opportunity attached to it.  The taxes are currently only $680/yr.  And yes, this is a mobile home on a concrete slab, with septic and well.
