Wholesale Partnership - Metropolitan Detroit

I am really trying to get into the wholesale business in Metro Detroit, MI to better position my family financially and I need help.

I was wondering if there was a seasoned wholesaler I could partner with to actually get going.  I am available to work deals in the following cities within MI:  Detroit, Hamtramck, Highland Park, Sterling Heights, Warren, Mount Clemens, and Clinton Township.  This would include SF, duplexes, commercial buildings and mobile homes.

I can bring to the table visiting the units, taking pictures, getting the housing estimates for the area, and closing of the deals.  I am seeking a seasoned wholesaler that can provide seller leads and that have an already in place buyer list.

I just need help getting going and I don't have the upfront money to pay for a mentor.  I have absolutely not problem splitting deals which we can discuss a proper percentage.

Thank you for your time.

@Tresa Calhoun, look for the Renegade Detroit Investors Real Estate Club. They have a page on facebook. Jeremy Burgess runs it and can probably point you in the right direction. Better yet, just show up to a meeting. The only cost will be buying a cup of coffee and/or something to eat to help support the coffee house where the meeting is held.
