So you leave your personal number on your business cards, flyers, mailers, website, bandit signs, etc?

It seems the majority says a live person should answer, preferably you, correct? I would be more than happy to speak with every seller that calls me, but I don't feel comfortable leaving my personal number for the world to see. What do you guys do? Get call forwarding? A second line? A second phone?

Hey Sierra,

Just read through the Wholesaling forums, there's tons of info on finding buyers, I'm sure you'll find what you are looking for.

Hey everyone,

I'm in the market for a real estate investor friendly Title Company and Attorney in the Simi Valley, Ca area. Can any wholesalers recommend one of both? I'm just starting out and trying to build my "team".

Also, if there's any wholesalers in the Ventura County or SFV area that wouldn't mind doing some mentoring, I would greatly appreciate it!

Thank you all so much for all you're doing on these forums, this site has truly been beneficial!

Hey everyone,

Like so many people on this thread, I'm a beginner in wholesaling and wanted to make some business cards to pass out to prospective buyers and sellers. Is there any specific wording you should use on the card?

For example, I have my name and contact information, maybe a cute little logo and company title (by the way, should I have a company name? an LLC? a corp? anything like that?) Should I put "Wholesale" as something I do, or "Investor" or what?

Any information would be greatly appreciated! Thanks for all your time!

Great information! So to clarify, I got the seller to sign my PSA contract with the legal jargon to make it assignable. I then find a buyer and have him/her sign the Assignment of Contract and I submit both to the title company and they sort it all out?

So I don't need to put the buyers name on the PSA?
