I would love feedback, I will post a link when it's up and running. Again, thanks you two, you guys have been a tremendous help!

You guys both make great points, but all said and done I decided to go with;

"wholesale-investments.com"

I tried to avoid the hyphen at first, but it's growing on me! :) It basically tells whoever goes to the site what they can expect, which I think is important.

Thank you both for your inputs!

Thanks Dan, that website was extremely helpful!

I have another question, especially for the wholesalers; Do you guys typically get 1 website or 2? One for the sellers and one for your buyers? Or one for both?

Since I'm in the process of getting my team together for wholesaling, I was wondering how some of you obtained your real estate attorney. What are some questions that you ask? How did you find them? Any other information you wish to divulge would be great. Thanks in advance!!

I could, but would that verge on cheesy, not that the name isn't cheesy itself...just having problems getting a good website name. Seems that every combination of the words investments, real estate, property and such are taken....

So it seems most of the good website names seem to be taken without having a long dot com name, what about having a quirky name like kungfuinvestments.com or something along those lines?

I just want to get a feeling from you all on how you would react or feel about a website name like that?

I know it really doesn't say what I do besides invest in something, but I wanted something kind of unique or should I stick with a very professional type dot com name?

Thanks in advance!

Thanks Nick and ANTI, I didn't really consider an S-corp but now I will!

So it's not recommended to do wholesaling without some business entity?

Ok, as a beginning wholesaler getting my ducks in a row, would it behoove me to get an LLC first before I start doing business or would it be fine to do some deals first and get an LLC eventually?

Pros/cons?

Thanks in advance!

Thanks Rachel!

So what it basically boils down to is, find what works for you. I can dig that!
