Somehow her parents do not want to co signed. She looks very responsible. And I want to give her free month at the end of the 2 years lease. Not in the beginning of the year. She does not have very strong rental history. She lived in dorms and rented in 3 different cities(states). Dad wants to paid off her rent and not get a deal with payments. I see the reason for his does this. I think I can evict her the same way as other tenant.

Hi all. I have potential tenant who's accepted as a medical student(4 years program). She has different degree but decided to achieve doctor degree. She will be full time student. Her dad approached me and offer to pay 2 years rent up front. He is owner of big company(I checked). He asked for 2 month free stay for her daughter. I am willing accepted. But I am worry about if she decided to break the lease. Or trash my unit. Any suggestion or advice? How can evict her in that situation? Thank you

Hi all. I am thinking to purchase multi-family property. I have duplexes and SFH in my portfolio. But do not have experience in multi-family 5+. Currently considering 8 units property. Any suggestions for financing that type of property. I live in Michigan and just wondering if someone from my state can recommend financial institute(s) they were liked to work with.

Thank you.
