I have an account at SW and I have contractor who will do job. He suggested ProMar@200 Interior Latex eggshell. And I considering buying warmer color. Like Inviting Ivory(SW 6372) or Jersey Cream (SW 6379). What do you think?

I am planning to paint my unit (2 bedrooms). I want to use one color for whole unit. I am going to buy pint at Sherwin-Williams. Any suggestion which color I can use for painting?

Thank you very much to everyone for very useful and helpfull information. 

I spoke to insurance agent and he said he does not provide an insurance for septic system even he has that system in his house. I declined to give an offer to that house.

When red all posts I must ask the question: do you want to buy investment property with septic system and wait until some tenant(s) start calling you and start complaining? Is it worse it? How much you have to get from this property to cover your headache? Or sleepless ?
