Looks like a scam.  Do a little research on reviews, scams, etc.

ARV based on an appraisal or DSCR with 12 months.

Check with your local credit union.  Best rates and local relationships.

Yes, I agree with @John Underwood.  How do they know what you are doing on a different site?  It should just show as blocked.

For $10 it should be a defacto "no brainer".  It's a feature for Guests that's worth far more than the 10 bucks!

Farmers Insurance has a vacation rental division called Foremost.  They have been great.  Check with a local Farmers agent.
