Post: Buying a house in San Antonio with open permits

We're under contract to buy a house that had permits opened up in 2011 for a small addition that was never completely finished out.  We are scheduled to close the transaction at the end of the month.  How much trouble will the City of San Antonio give us if we buy this house?

This is a property/lot in New Braunfels (Pfullmann Addition). You'll be tearing down the existing structure and rebuilding. You might be able to salvage the windows.

Selling price $39.9k all in.

Title is clear and ready to close!

Call Mike Deltz at 210-404-8050 for more information.

I'm looking for contractors to help me with a flip I just picked up in Seguin (I'm typically San Antonio focused).  If you're an investor-friendly contractor (or know one), would you please reach out to me?

Thanks,

3/1 with a one car detached garage. This is a clean house in a good part of LA Heights.  You're one block away from the Keystone Historic District and across the highway from Beacon Hill.

Rent ready right now, or you could spend $10k if you're going to try to flip it. Would also be a good one to sell owner finance.  Vacant and can close right away.  Call Mike at 210-404-8050 to make an appointment to see it.

Great flip in Windcrest! This house is walking distance from the community pool and tennis courts. The house has a new metal roof that is less than a year old. Rehab looks to be $40k which includes 10k in foundation work. Your ARV will depend on the level of finish out you plan to do. Cash only.

New deal in great area of San Antonio!

Wildwood one subdivision at Bandera Rd/Bristlecone.

Large converted garage holds a second living area and a bedroom.  You are filling in the pool, cosmetics, and minimal foundation (4 piers).  If you're renting or going to owner finance it, you most likely won't do the foundation.

ARV $174.9k

Rehab $30k (for a flip)

Price $109.9k CASH ONLY.

Closing on Friday 7/7.  Call me at 210-888-9507 for more details if interested.
