Is it good idea to flip in small towns in Michigan?

I live in the biggest small town in our county and I have the opportunity to flip a lot of homes but don't know if their are any investors that would be interested. Could use some guidance in this area.

@Ed L. You have quite a wide area there and things can vary considerably between those different cities.  You should be able to find properties around Mancelona.  You will have been more insulated from the run up in prices that TC has seen.
