@Jonathan Tavarez I am considering purchasing in Baltimore myself thanks for the information. I been struggling with the idea of hiring a company since I am a licensed PM for DC.

I have been debating on where to get my real estate license. I would like to know which state would be a great idea to start out and then venture next. I was reading that for DC once you have your license for MD or VA you just need to take one-evening course to get license for DC. I currently work full time as a property manager In DC (I commute from Southern MD) and have been in the industry for over 15 years. I currently have my DC Property Management license as well. I decided to finally buckle down to do this part time from extra income and to build up before I decide to do it full-time. Any suggestions on which state, on-line courses and/or brokers for this new journey? Thanks
Thank you for the Adobe I truly appreciate it

Hello All I am new to the forum. After hearing one of the podcast in regards to syndication deals I became very interested and did a little research. Prior I was looking into just getting investment properties for rental. I have been in property management for over 15yrs and wanted a piece of the pie if you will. I became interested in the syndication deals because of the low risk it would have on me up front. Any advise on how to become apart of these kinds of deals? I am in the DC area but looking for opportunities outside the area as well.
