Real Estate License...DC/MD/VA???
I have been debating on where to get my real estate license. I would like to know which state would be a great idea to start out and then venture next. I was reading that for DC once you have your license for MD or VA you just need to take one-evening course to get license for DC.
I currently work full time as a property manager In DC (I commute from Southern MD) and have been in the industry for over 15 years. I currently have my DC Property Management license as well. I decided to finally buckle down to do this part time from extra income and to build up before I decide to do it full-time.
Any suggestions on which state, on-line courses and/or brokers for this new journey?
Thanks
