Any BP member currently using REIS?   I would be very interested to get some research done for a fee to the subscriber.

Thank you Angie.  I am looking at Virginia, Pennsylvania, North Carolina, and Maryland.

Are there national or regional sites where you can identify and checkout property management companies?

Only a real newbie can come up with this question;  So you've been evaluating and analyzing a commercial property, how do you put your offer together?  I know that on the residential side the process is pretty structured, but how does it work on the commercial step by step before you actually sign a purchase and sale agreement, that is you are expressing your interest to purchase and documenting what you need from the seller but before you make any non-retractable commitment?

I have been a member of BP for couple of months now so I am kind of late putting this intro.   I live in Washington DC metro area and am interested in buy and hold of multi-family properties in secondary and tertiary markets in my broader region, including Carolina's in the south and Pennsylvania in the North, as well Chicago.  I look forward to meeting other BP member where I can help with your success in any way I can, even though I qualify as a newbie.

I appreciate any recommendation for where I can acquire content for pre-foreclosure mailer, etc.  as well companies to use to send the mailers in Maryland, DC and Virginia area.

P.S. I apologize if this is not an appropriate topic for this section of forum and appreciate any suggestion as to where to post it.

Thank you.

Has any one purchased list of multifamily owners with reasonable degree of satisfaction?  What other avenues you might recommend to identify the owners in the mid-Atlantic region?  Thank you .

Russell explained to me that you at least need to have your license.
