You can subject to on your relatives property under an LLC and do a lease to own exit strategy with the tenant. This way the Subject to won't affect you buying your primary residence.

Hello all,

I'm a newer investor in the Vegas market at the moment. However I'm looking for investor friendly title, escrow, and RE attorney's in all 50 states as well as why you like using them. Looking to expand my portfolio and Vegas doesn't always make sense. Thank you in advance.

If you're looking to built extra capital buy wholesaling don't get your license because there are certain ways you can't market with your license that you can without. If you're just looking to buy an investment right out it doesn't hurt to have one but it's not necessary.

Thanks Reaz,

We knew we were going to be a day late and a dollar short to the party. Since the Raiders, the stadium, and the legalization of marijuana. I guess we'll have to fly out and see what's available.

So... my fiance and I are moving to the Las Vegas area next year to house hack and flip houses. We've been wholesaling in NC to build capital. However, we've only gotten as far as networking with a REA/REI. We would like to get to know and network with some investors to get a small idea of how the market is doing, what they think it will do in the next year, and some good areas to house hack with a 4-plex since we have small children. We would love to catch up with some folks when we fly out there in the winter to get a better look at investment spots. Any advice would be AWESOME! Thanks in advance.

Hi Jennifer,

Welcome. My fiance and I wholesale in the Greenville area and have been for about 2 months now. We have 3 homes under contract with one hopefully selling this week. The podcasts are great but if you're a hands on learner we would recommend finding a mentor and going to the local REIA meetings in your area which you can usually find on facebook. I think it's called TREIA (triangle area real estate investors assoc.). I hope this helps.

It was just something to try. I'm not too impressed with it at the moment.

HI Karl. Don't forget to check out Greenville, NC. I wholesale out here and as far as future investments and growth it's possible. Only if you like beaches, beer, and football though.
