If your flipping, you are going to sell the property at a profit, hopefully, to a another investor, contractor, etc. before you ever get any financing in the traditional sense.

Look at Sunday's blog on Starting with a $1000.00 (become a pro - the best money you'll spend) and start there. BP provides the info, but you have to do the work!

You may have to go to forums and scroll through them.

Not this one. They are credit lawyers and they attack all outstanding credit matters at once. Had I not used them myself I would agree - The credit repair agencies are a scam, but Lexington Law is the real deal.  In one year, my credit score went from 551 to 768.
