Carlos, if you have a JOB that pays the bills and already own your own home, you're going to create cash flow. 

Once you go live with all users it would be nice if there were a indicator of who are the pro users vs non pro users

Is her name on the lease? Something to think about.

Daniel, coming from a homeowner in Texas that sounds pretty high, even with the weather we had last week. I would however suggest to her to keep her thermostat a little lower especially while she gone during the day.
