I would think with that size even a large size would still require 2 loads. I use white for linens and towels but my duvet covers are different patterns. So it would be 2 loads regardless if you are the same (for bleach purposes). We currently have a cleaner that does our linens off site and we just have extra sets of each and it works great. Hi @Matt Willison, for long term it’s generally a year. But as far as I’m aware you can short term it the week you move in as long as you still occupy it as a residence. For example you cant go buy another “primary” residence and exclusively str this property. Loop hole could be buy another primary in another area then short term this one. But there are guidelines of how far away it would have to be. There’s always a way

What do you guys use for a channel manager when listing on multiple booking platforms? I’d like to link my Airbnb, vrbo and direct booking together so they sync as dates are booked.

Do you use a app or software with you cleaners to coordinate days and times you need cleanings? Sending a calendar pic is tough because bookings get added and occasionally canceled so I feel I’m send info over and over. I’ve heard some channel manager softwares have something like this built in too?

Hello everyone. Do you guys use or suggest full security systems for your short term rentals or just use an external camera or two? 

We were approved for a 10% vacation home loan in New Hampshire but ended up offering on a house today in Vermont. After offering we found out the Loan agent we were working with Is not yet licensed in VT. We Are quite sure our offer is going to be accepted in the next 24 hours. any help is greatly appreciated.
