Washer & Dryer for a 3BR 3BA STR

Hi everyone! 

Given these details on my STR:
3BR, 3BA

1st BR - bunk (twin and full), sheets and comforter
2nd BR - Queen, sheets and comforter
3rd BR - King, sheets and comforter
3BA - shower and hand towels

What size washer and dryer would you recommend ideally? 

Also, I understand one load is the goal for turn-around, but realistically do owners do two or more loads assuming the specs above?

As for brands, take a look at Yale Appliance's blog. It is excellent and covers their actual repair stats by brand. They are a huge shop in Boston so the data is solid.
