I am just amazed at the information that I just read as a veteran myself. I am currently looking into using my VA loan for buying my first buy and hold and seeing this information is extremely helpful. Thank you for sharing.

Thank you everyone that has posted a response so far. I have decided what niche i an going to go with and that is buy and hold investing. Going with a quad or tri to start and going from there. Just have to figure out where in Omaha that want to start is the next step.
